Lugb vortex flowmeterMainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline media fluids, such as gases, liquids, vapors, and other media. Its characteristics are small pressure loss, large range, high accuracy, and it is almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc. when measuring volumetric flow rate under working conditions; No movable mechanical parts, therefore high reliability and low maintenance; The instrument parameters can remain stable for a long time. The vortex flowmeter adopts piezoelectric stress typesensorIt has high reliability and can operate within a temperature range of -40 ℃ to+450 ℃. It has both analog standard signals and digital pulse signal outputs, making it easy to use in conjunction with digital systems such as computers. It is a relatively advanced and ideal flow meter.
Vortex FlowmeterType selection:
1. Pulse output type: The meter head does not display the output pulse signal, and a digital display or flow integrator is required
2. Battery powered type: Adopting low-power high-tech, lithium battery power supply can operate continuously for more than two years, saving the procurement and installation costs of cables and display instruments. It can display instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, etc. on site without signal output
3. DC24V power supply type: using 24V power input, displaying instantaneous and cumulative flow locally, and outputting 4-20mA current signal
4. Integrated temperature and pressure compensation: Integrating temperature, pressure, and flow signals, it can measure the standard volume flow rate or standard mass flow rate of fluids.
5. Temperature and pressure compensation split type: equipped with flow sensors, temperature and pressure sensors, and flow accumulation display instrument, it is used for gas flow measurement to directly measure the temperature and pressure of the gas medium, thereby displaying the standard volume flow rate of the gas.
Note:When measuring steam, the mass flow rate in tons or kilograms is displayed with temperature and pressure compensation, while the volume flow rate in cubic meters is displayed without temperature and pressure compensation. When measuring gas and natural gas, the standard flow rate Nm3 is displayed with temperature and pressure compensation, while the operating flow rate m3 is displayed without temperature and pressure compensation.
